At Cashtopic, we strive to provide you with the highest quality villa home experiences and seamless booking services. However, we understand that plans can change, and in certain situations, you may need to adjust or cancel your booking. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms specified below.
1. Booking Confirmation and Payment
Once you complete a booking through Cashtopic, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your reservation. Payment is required in full at the time of booking for most services, unless otherwise stated.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and secure online payment gateways. Your reservation will be confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, so we offer a cancellation policy that allows flexibility under certain circumstances. However, please be aware that all bookings are subject to the following cancellation terms:
2.1 Standard Cancellation Policy
30+ Days Before Arrival: If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund, minus a small administrative fee (usually 10% of the total booking amount).
15–29 Days Before Arrival: If you cancel your booking between 15 and 29 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Less Than 15 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival will not be eligible for a refund. In these cases, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
2.2 Non-Refundable Bookings
Some exclusive offers or promotional bookings may be non-refundable. These bookings will clearly indicate the non-refundable status at the time of purchase. In these cases, no refund will be provided, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
2.3 Special Circumstances for Cancellations
In certain cases, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions, you may be eligible for a refund or rebooking at no extra cost. These situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we will work with you to offer the best possible solution, which may include rescheduling your stay for a future date.
3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation, modification, or refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at info@cashtopic.click or call our customer service team at +1 307-621-0431. Provide your booking reference number, the name under which the booking was made, and the details of your request.
Request Submission: If you are canceling within the allowed timeframe, you will need to submit your request in writing. This helps us process your request efficiently.
Confirmation: Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will send you a confirmation email, including any applicable refund details and timelines.
Please note that refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed based on the following guidelines:
Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). If your payment was made via a third-party payment platform, such as PayPal, the refund will be processed through the same platform.
Refund Timeframe: Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to be processed, depending on the payment method. Please be patient, as some banks may take longer to process the refund.
Partial Refunds: In cases where the cancellation policy stipulates a partial refund, the refunded amount will be calculated after deducting any applicable cancellation fees.
5. Modifications and Date Changes
If you need to modify your reservation or change the dates of your booking, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Modifications may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the changes.
Changes made more than 30 days before arrival: No additional charges for date changes, but the new dates must be available.
Changes made 15–29 days before arrival: Changes may be subject to a fee, and any difference in price will be charged accordingly.
Changes made less than 15 days before arrival: Changes are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. In some cases, changes may not be possible.
To request a modification, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your new preferred dates.
6. No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show (if you do not arrive at the villa on the scheduled check-in date and do not inform us in advance), you will be considered as having canceled your booking without notice. In this case, no refund will be provided.
If you anticipate being late, please notify us immediately, and we will try to accommodate your arrival accordingly.
7. Special Requests and Services
While we will make every effort to fulfill your special requests (e.g., early check-in, late check-out, or specific amenities), these are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. If any special services are included in your booking and need to be changed or canceled, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations of additional services may be subject to specific policies related to the service provider.
8. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events that could affect your travel plans, such as cancellations, delays, or emergencies. Travel insurance can provide peace of mind and financial protection in case of unforeseen circumstances. If you’re interested in adding travel insurance, please inquire during your booking process.
9. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds
While our standard cancellation and refund policies apply to most cases, we may, at our sole discretion, offer additional refunds or exceptions in special circumstances. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact our customer service team with detailed information about your case, and we will review it accordingly.
